Roga is beyond running and yoga

Roga™ is a unique mind-body workout that takes the best of running and yoga to help students become their best selves.

Using the concept of ahimsa, non-harm, as its central principle, Roga is the next big thing in fitness. It’s a workout system that is great fun to teach, helps students become holistically healthy and builds body and soul wellbeing.

It’s also a fantastic revenue stream for instructors. Your Roga qualification will boost your fitness instructor credentials, as well as your income.

New to running? Or yoga? Or perhaps you’re wondering how to get fitter in general, and find more balance in your life? Try Roga, the perfect workout combo for all levels of ability.

Our Roga workshops teach beginners how to run with ease, avoid injury and become more flexible. The two elements, running and yoga, are perfectly matched to ensure that Rogis build strength, stamina and all round fitness.

Mindfulness, breathing, and anatomy techniques are also part of Roga, making it beneficial for experienced runners and yogis too.

Become A Roga Instructor

“I’ve loved running for many years now, and when I first tried yoga, it was as a way to stretch out after runs. The more I found a balance between yoga & running, the more both of them improved – along with my overall health & fitness levels. When the opportunity arose to become a Roga Instructor, I jumped at the chance to share what I’d experienced first-hand with others. The 8 themes Roga sessions are structured so well & they cover the whole range of benefits (strength, speed, mindfulness, breathing and many more). It was great to see students build confidence both on & off the mat as the course progressed. The Roga approach teaches you so many valuable things about your own body and mind – it has the potential to transform other aspects of your life, too”.

“The course felt extremely well thought out and each week tied beautifully into the last. I felt comfortable to put forward ideas throughout the class from the beginning. The Yoga was an ideal level for a beginner like myself.”
